Confiture de noix de coco
Pour 200g de confiture
Ingrédients
- 1 noix de coco
- 200g de sucre roux
- 1 gousse de vanille
- 1 citron vert
- Cannelle moulue
- Noix muscade râpée
Confection
Cassez la noix de coco et récupérez la pulpe.
Râpez-la.
Portez à ébullition 50cl d’eau, avec le sucre roux, la pulpe de coco, la
vanille fendue et gratée, le zeste de citron râpé, une pincée de cannelle et
de noix muscade.
Bien mélangez.
Laissez cuire 30 minutes environ, en tournant fréquement.
Puis, enlevez du feu et laissez refroidir.
